Items on our website are in stock. Most items are available to be shipped from our domestic location within the USA and will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Some newly cut items are still in stock at our Australian location and will require additional time to process. We receive regular shipments from our Australian location. Once received we will promptly ship your item to you from our domestic location.
- Our shipping and insurance costs will be calculated when you place your order. In some rare cases there may be additional costs associated with insurance or location. If this is the case we will contact you first for approval before finalizing your order.
- We work primarily with FedEx, or the US Postal Service to ship your orders and take care that they are shipped to you fully insured. If you require a specific carrier or service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- From the date we confirm your order is ready to ship, expect the following time frame:
Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
Two-day shipping: within 2 business days
One-day shipping: within 1 business day
